A study revealed that Metro Manila secondary school educators would like to use information and communication technologies (ICTs) for the promotion of active and independent learning. However, these schools do not have the necessary hardware, software and connectivity to pursue the achievement of these goals. |

eSkills: Trade and Livelihood Training Programs for the Out-of-School Youth

The Consuelo Foundation (CF) brings trade and livelihood training programs to the out-of-school youth in their own locales through a project called eSkills. Packaged as interactive modules in web-based (online) or CD (offline) formats, these short courses can be learned by students in their own time and at their own pace. |
